Register 1: Adoration of the Magi.
Wing, right
Register 1: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls; rugged cross.
Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.

Two hinges.

Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of polychromy: red (robes).

Reverse
Smooth and flat. Light scratches. Remains of a red wax seal.

Object Condition
Missing: nose of Longinus.
Edges chipped in places.

Provenance
Bought in 1881 from a Nuremberg art dealer.
