Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on either side.

Reverse
The wings have been stuck onto a wooden backing.
Remains of glue on the back of the centre panel. Label with an unidentified coat of arms with the motto: 'Fax mentis Honestae Gloria', on this same label is an ink inscription '85'. Label with printed inscription: '39'.
Remains of a blue and white label. More recent label with inscription: 'Collection Wernher no. 275'.

Object Condition
Missing: upper parts of the pinnacles (holes are visible, where they would have been secured).
Hole in the underside of the centre panel. The wings have been stuck onto a wooden backing, to compensate for the difference of thickness existing between the wings and the centre. The triptych is thus no longer mobile.
