Standing Virgin and Child; Christ seated on the Virgin's left arm; Christ in long robe; Christ holding a fruit in his left hand.

Carved in the round.

Provenance
Given by Pope Honorius IV in 1285 to Countess Beatrice of Brabant, donated by her to the abbey of Groeninge; donated in 1803 by the last abbess of the abbey to the church of St Michael in Courtrai.
