Ecce Homo; Christ with hands crossed.

Museum's opinion 2014: Irish (?), 15th century (?).

Reverse
Flat and smooth, with two horizontal recessed bands. Recessed area also at the back of Christ's head.

Object Condition
Missing: arms and (possibly) legs.

Provenance
Collection of John Hunt (b. 1900, d. 1976) and Gertrude Hunt (b. 1903, d. 1975), Limerick; now part of the Hunt Museum which opened in 1997.
