Foliated scrolls (rinceaux) with animals running and fighting, including dogs, a stag or goat, a ram, a dog attacking a bear (?).

Museum's opinion 2012: Northern European, 12th-13th Century with later restorations.

Missing: lid and fittings.
Drilled holes on either side for fittings.
