Comments
A second panel from this casket is in the Cluny Museum (Cl. 450b) and a third one in the collection of the British Museum (OA.1340 (Dalton 373) (see related objects). The two Cluny panels seem to have belonged to the front of the casket as some uncarved areas probably corresponded to the location of the lock.
