Register 2: Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls. 
Border of dentils. Pointed trefoils.

Traces of two missing hinges on the left side.

Polychromy - Gilding
Extensive polychromy: red (decorative pattern in the background; hat; blood; lips), blue (architectural details), green (cross; loincloth), brown (hair; beards).

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
Some polychromy scratched or missing.

Comments
This wing forms a diptych with another wing in the Metropolitan Museum collection, 17.190.292 (see related object).
