Back of ivory hidden by the mount. Reverse of mount: inscription, 'IHS', inscribed with three nails and a flower with four petals, with one petal attached to the H in 'IHS'; foliated decoration.
Object Condition
Missing: crown of the Virgin; hands of the two angels holding the crown; left forearm of the Virgin.

Metal links above and below the pendant, presumably to be inserted into a larger chain.
