Register 1: Ascension; Virgin and apostles including saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm.
Register 2: Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; musician shepherd holding bagpipes.
Wing, right
Register 1: Pentecost; Virgin surrounded by the apostles including saint John the Evangelist holding a martyr's palm; dove of the Holy Spirit.
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi; attendant with horses.

Koechlin 1924: French, 3rd quarter of the 14th century.
Lázaro Galdiano 1926-1927: French, 14th century.
Camps Cazorla 1949-1950: Paris, 14th century.

Traces of two missing hinges.

Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
Hole below the dove's beak.

Comments
Strangely, saint John the Evangelist, to the right of the Virgin, is veiled and thus looks more like a woman.

Collection of Léopold Goldschmidt, Paris (sometime before 1924). Lázaro collection (by 1926).
