Polychromy - Gilding
Traces of gilding and polychromy (original? red for the lining of the coat of one of the apostles, and in the mouth of the central apostle; gold in the hair).
Reverse
Flat and smooth; crosshatching in the lower half of the panel.
Label with handwritten inscription: 'Legs Giraud Ch. 43. E.500-863'.
Object Condition
Modern hole under the chin of one of the apostles (possibly for hanging).
