Seated saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei). Seated queen (?). Seated king saint (?). Seated saint Catherine of Alexandria with broken wheel and martyr's palm.
Body, front
Saint John the Evangelist with the poisoned cup and a martyr's palm. Saint Peter holding a key. Saint Paul holding a sword. Saint James the Greater with pilgrim's hat, staff and satchel.
Lid, right
Musician angel blowing trumpet.
End, right
Saint Andrew with a saltire cross. Saint Bartholomew with a flaying knife.
Lid, back
Saint Thomas with a square. Annunciation; dove of the Holy Spirit. Saint Barbara with tower and martyr's palm.
Body, back
Saint James the Lesser with a fuller's club. Saint or apostle with an axe (possibly saint Jude (Thaddeus) with a halberd). Saint or apostle with a falchion. Saint Stephen with a stone (?).

Musician angel playing the harp.

Saint Simon with a saw. Saint Judas with a spear.
Crosshatched background. Bottom: chequered pattern.
