Nativity and Annunciation to the Shepherds; Virgin holding Christ's arm.
Musician angels in the spandrels (rebec, psaltery).
Wing, right
Last Judgement with Resurrection of the Dead (Christ in Glory); angels holding Instruments of the Passion (cross; spear; nails; crown of thorns (?)); Virgin Mary and saint John the Baptist kneeling. Under a trefoil arch: Resurrection of the Dead.
Angels blowing trumpets in the spandrels.

Koechlin 1924: France (Paris), 2nd quarter of 14th century.
Gaborit-Chopin 2003 and Museum's opinion 2010: Paris, c. 1300; attributed to the same workshop as Louvre, OA 2761.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges.

Reverse
Label marked 'no. 489'.

Object Condition
Broken around the upper hinge. Borders have been reworked in order to accommodate a metal frame (now lost).
