Standing Virgin and Child (Vierge glorieuse); two standing angels holding candlesticks; crown.
Pierced trefoils enclosing protruding cones in the spandrels.

Museum's opinion 2015: Middle Rhenish (?), c. 1320-1330.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on either side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Object Condition
The panel broke vertically and the pieces have been glued back into place.

Provenance
Collection of Paul Corbin (b. 1862, d. 1948), thence by descent. Anonymous gift in 2013 in memory of Paul Corbin and in homage to Danielle Gaborit-Chopin.
