In the gable: Coat of arms of Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon; lions; eagle; crown.
Register 1: Queen Isabella I of Castile holding a sceptre and a scroll with the inscription: ‘Sancte Ysavelle’. Christ in Glory with Resurrection of the Dead (Last Judgement); angels blowing trumpets; angels holding Instruments of the Passion. Virgin and saint John the Baptist kneeling; souls rising from their tombs. King Ferdinand II of Aragon holding a sceptre and a scroll with the inscription: ‘Sancti Ferdun’.
Register 2: Adoration of the Magi; naked Christ; God the Father blessing; angels and prophets holding scrolls; inscription 'hic est ihus mens'(?). Crucifixion; swooning Virgin supported by Holy Women; onlookers; pelican piercing her chest to feed her young with her own blood; inscription 'inri'; quatrefoils with scenes from the life of a saint (?). Baptism of Christ by saint John the Baptist; angel holding Christ's tunic; God the Father holding an orb; angels; palm tree.
Predelle: Decollation of saint John the Baptist (Martyrdom of saint John the Baptist); Salome bringing the head of saint John the Baptist to Herod. Entombment (?); angels; Virgin. Martyrdom of saint Stephen (Stoning of saint Stephen).
Brickwork; pinnacles; figures in niches; Flamboyant gothic architecture; blind arches; tracery; foliated border (vine scrolls; grapes); medallions containing busts of kings or prophets holding scrolls; putti.

Two sets of two hinges on both sides.

Reverse
Inlayed inscriptions with Creed and Pater noster on the reverse: ‘Credo in Deum Patrem omnipotentem, Creatorem caeli et terrae, et in Iesum Christum, Filium Eius unicum, Dominum nostrum, qui conceptus est de Spiritu Sancto, natus ex Maria Virgine, passus sub Pontio Pilato, crucifixus, mortuus, et sepultus; descendit ad inferos, tertia die resurrexit a mortuis; ascendit ad caelos, sedet ad dexteram Dei Patris omnipotentis: inde venturus est iudicare vivos et mortuos. Credo in Spiritum Sanctum, sanctam Ecclesiam Catholicam, sanctorum communionem, remissionem peccatorum, carnis resurrectionem, vitam aeternam. Amen’ and ‘Pater Noster qui es in cælis: sanctificétur nomen tuum; advéniat regnum tuum; fiat volúntas tua, sicut in cælo, et in terra. Panem nostrum cotidianum da nobis hódie; et dimítte nobis débita nostra, sicut et nos dimíttimus debitóribus nostris; et ne nos indúcas in tentatiónem; sed líbera nos a malo. Amen’ and ‘D.
