Annunciation.Pointed trefoils in the spandrels.
Scroll with inscripition: 'AVE MARIA GRA'.

Museum's opinion 2010: Italian (?), 15th century.

Reverse
Numbers written on the ivory, partly covered by labels. Label recording the museum number and provenance. More recent label with inscription 'M 5731'.

Object Condition
Later hole drilled in the centre in the upper part. Upper right corner is rounded.

Provenance
Given by Emanuele Cicogna in 1865.
