Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth. Affixed paper labels; 'On loan from Dr Charlton, April 28th 1862', 'Dr Charlton', 'Royal Archaeological Institute, 30' and '420'.

Object Condition
Pierced hole under the central arch. Cracked.

Provenance
Collection of Dr. Charlton (before or in 1862). Collection of A. W. Franks (b. 1826, d. 1897): donated by him to the British Museum in 1894.
