Crucifixion with the Virgin and saint John the Evangelist; saint John the Baptist holding the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei); saint Catherine of Alexandria holding the wheel and a martyr's palm; rugged cross.
Pointed trefoils.

Reverse
The back is hidden by the metal frame. Traces of a lost handle seem to indicate that this piece was once used as a pax.

Object Condition
Right hand of Christ broken.
