Reverse
Carved on all sides.

Object Condition
Mounts: two bands on the lid and two on the sides are original, the others are replacements.

Comments
The mounts are silver incised with arches containing dragons and birds. Central silver ring on the lid has traces of enamel in red, blue and green.

Bought by Henry Walters before 1931; Walters Art Museum, 1931, by bequest.
