Wings, left
Register 1: Annunciation; Virgin with distaff; basket. Visitation.
Register 2: Nativity; midwife preparing the bath; hanging lamp.
Register 3: Adoring Magi (part of the Adoration of the Magi continued onto the centre panel); attendant with horses.
Centre panel
Standing Virgin and Child; Virgin holding a flower; crown; brooch; Virgin under a domed canopy.
Wings, right
Register 1: Presentation in the Temple; Joseph holding a basket of doves brought as offerings; Simeon holding Christ.
Register 2: Flight into Egypt (Virgo lactans); swaddled Christ. Fall of the Idols; soldier blowing a horn.
Register 3: Massacre of the Innocents; swords.

Camps Cazorla 1949-1950: French, 14th century.
Camón Aznar 1951: Italian (in the style of Giovanni Pisano).

Hinges
Two sets of three ring hinges on either side.

Reverse
Flat and smooth.

Provenance
Collection of Prince Petr Soltykoff (b. c. 1801, d. 1889), acquired in January 1850: sold, Paris, Drouot, 8-10, 15-17, 22-24, 29 April and 1 May 1861, lot 233; sold to Delembaut. Acquired in 1934 by José Lázaro.
