Register 1: Annunciation.
Register 2: Adoring Magi (part of Adoration of the Magi continued on centre panel).
Centre panel
Seated Virgin and Child; Virgin holding a flower in her right hand; Christ playing with veil of his mother; angel crowning the Virgin.
Wings, right
Register 1: Nativity; hanging lamp.
Register 2: Presentation in the Temple; Christ standing on the altar between the Virgin and Simeon.

Museum's opinion 2013: France, 1st half of the 14th century.

Hinges
Two sets of two modern hinges on either side. The wings have been re-hinged in the wrong position: the inner left wing is actually the inner right wing and vice versa.
