Curved. The handle which was originally set into a chamfered slot in the back has been lost.
Object Condition
Missing: point of the gable; left side of the piece, including a projection in the upper left corner. Two holes in the right hand side projection.

Collection of Dr. Calixte Cavalier; his bequest to the Bibliothèque municipale in 1898; on deposit at the Museum since 1961.
