Traces of two missing hinges of the right side.

Polychromy - Gilding
Brown paint along the lower left border.

Reverse
Smooth and flat. Modern ink inscription: 'W.M 45' (for William Maskell).

Object Condition
Damaged. Vertical crack across the whole panel.

Comments
The haloes are incised.

Provenance
Acquired in France. William Maskell collection (b. 1814, d. 1890) (no. 45): bought from him by the British Museum in 1856.
