Francisco Pallas y Puig was a Valencian forger of ivories, active before 1910 (see A. Goldschmidt, 'Pseudo-Gothic Spanish Ivory Triptychs of the Nineteenth Century', in The Journal of the Walters At Gallery (1943), pp. 49-59).
