Kneeling bishop with hands in prayer; mitre. Kneeling pope with hands in prayer; tiara.
Identified by engraved inscriptions: 'petri d belliforti Urbanie pap[e]'.
Wing, right
Register 1: Crucifixion; Virgin supported by Holy Women; saint John the Evangelist and onlookers holding scrolls. 
Register 2: Saint Anthony abbot with tau-headed staff, standing in flames; saint Veronica holding a cloth with the Holy Face of Christ (Sancta Facies)(Veronica's veil); saint Agnes with a lamb and martyr's palm; saint Margaret emerging from the dragon, holding a crucifix.
Incised trefoils; border of dentils.

Hinges
Traces of two missing hinges on the right side.

Comments
The two figures depicted on the engraved metal plate and identified by inscriptions are Pierre Roger de Beaufort, as bishop, future pope Gregory XI (1370-1378), kneeling behind his predecessor, Urban V (1362-1370).
